1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the gd99 platform and its users. By accessing or using the gd99 website and related services, you automatically agree to these terms.

In this document, "platform" refers to the gd99 website, mobile version, and all associated services. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform.

gd99 operates as a secure and reliable online entertainment platform, ensuring SSL encryption and fair play. The platform is committed to providing users with the highest level of protection and transparency.

If you disagree with these terms at any time, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continuing to use the service indicates that you have accepted the latest published terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on gd99:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age — this platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
• You must manage the account personally on your own behalf — opening or managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Each individual may operate only one account.

gd99 may request documents for identity verification at any time. If any information related to age or identity is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

All information provided when opening an account on gd99 must be completely accurate and up to date. At the time of registration, you must ensure the following:

• The name, address, and contact details provided are true and currently valid.
• The mobile number or email used is your own and is active.
• If any information changes after registration, the support team must be notified immediately.

Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Account Verification

gd99 may request a copy of a national ID card or passport for identity verification at any time, particularly before large withdrawals. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

4 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Please follow the guidelines below for security:

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Never share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify support immediately.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, log out at the end of the session.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. gd99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from disclosure or transfer of login details to a third party.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

Approved payment methods on gd99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳300.

Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts operated under a third party's name will not be accepted, and if such a transaction is detected, the account may be suspended.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests must be made using the same payment method that was used to deposit.

Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal (see section 6 for details). Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳18,000 gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total of ৳26,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on both the deposit and the bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Withdrawing a deposit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• gd99 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without notice.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the promotion page.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when using all games and betting services available on gd99:

• All bets must be placed knowingly and voluntarily.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error, gd99 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• In sports betting, decisions regarding markets will be considered final as determined by the gd99 operator.

gd99 operates all games through third-party software providers. Any disputes regarding game results will be verified using that provider's random number generator (RNG) records.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gd99 and may result in account closure:

• Opening an account with false or misleading information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Playing games via bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.
• Bonus abuse or collusion.

If any of the above activities are detected, gd99 is entitled to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the gd99 website — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and multimedia — is owned by gd99 or its associated licensors and is protected by copyright law.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using content for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial browsing of the website requires prior written permission from gd99.

10 Limitation of Liability

The gd99 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. gd99 accepts no liability in the following situations:

• Games being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical errors.
• Losses caused by third-party software issues.
• Problems with the user's own device or network.
• Unexpected server downtime or maintenance breaks.
• Financial losses resulting from careless disclosure of login details.

gd99 will always make every effort to ensure service continuity and reliability, but service may be temporarily interrupted in unavoidable circumstances.

12 Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 At gd99's Initiative

gd99 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Prohibited activities (see section 8).

12.2 At the Member's Initiative

Any member may close their account voluntarily. To do so, they must contact the support team. Available balances, subject to wagering requirements, may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

13 Dispute Resolution
